OK my last SATS Cykel post for awhile I think, I went to the second class on Friday and it was much harder. I pushed myself harder and really whacked up the tension. I had a much tougher but more rewarding workout! I was really in the zone, even ran for 15 mins on the treadmill afterwards with no negative reaction to my injury.
Be interesting to see how fit this workout will get me. I so want to run a 10k run next year.
